By registering and using the Glince Urban Insight Portal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

3. Content Submissions

You confirm that you are the original creator and copyright holder of submitted content. You grant Glince a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and evaluate your content.

4. Scoring & Prizes

Scores are final once moderation is complete. Prize decisions are at the sole discretion of Glince administrators.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not submit illegal, offensive, or misleading content. Glince reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account without notice.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
